1. Plan
Use a planner, phone notes, or an app - it doesn't matter how, but you must know which tasks are urgent - this helps focus on what's important first.
2. Learn to Stop
If you feel forced to work, uninspired, or find the wall more interesting than your report - take a break immediately or switch tasks. Forcing work won't yield good results - you'll lose focus.
3. Delegate
Do only your work. If someone can help with a task - delegate it. For example, if writing a book, let an illustrator handle images so you can focus on writing.
4. Turn Off Your Phone
If possible, turn off personal phones or social media notifications during work. This helps dedicate work time to important tasks.
5. Take Care of Yourself
No machine runs without fuel, no phone works without charging. Similarly, for full productivity, follow three basic rules:
— Get enough sleep
— Eat well
— Exercise
You'll notice productivity improve by sleeping a few extra hours and eating healthier.
